Asking For A Friend | Answers to Embarrassing Dental Questions | HoustonDentistBlog | Consultants in Dental Aesthetics - Houston Dentist

Our Asking For A Friend Series is here to answer all the questions you don’t want to ask, anyone.

Q: Why does my dental floss smell after I floss?

A: When you floss you’re taking out plaque that consists of leftover, decaying food from between your teeth. The longer the plaque is left between your teeth the worse it will smell. It’s important to floss after you eat to avoid this.

Feel free to submit any questions you might have anonymously to info@houstonsmilespa.com and we’ll be sure to address them.
